• Eligibility: Open to Canadian Residents, aged 18 years or older. Minors are welcome to participate in the giveaway as long as they have the consent of their parent or guardian.

• Giveaway Period: The giveaway begins on April 1, 2024, and ends on April 30, 2024. Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.

• Winner Notification: The winner will be notified via Instagram. The winner must respond within 72 hours to claim the prize. Failure to respond within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.

• Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random.

• Privacy: Personal information collected from participants will be used by AxT Aesthetics solely for the purpose of marketing, conducting the competition and awarding the prizes and will not be disclosed to third parties, except as required for prize fulfillment or as permitted by law.
